Region Oecussi          

a. Antonio da Costa

Lahir di Oecussi, 5 April 1969,  saat ini ia berdomisili di Pante Makasar / Oecussi.  Ia adalah seorang mantan pegawai Negeri sipil Pemerintah Indonesia dilingkungan kantor unit pemukiman Transmigrasi tingkat II Oecussi sejak tahun 1992 – 1999.  Setelah  peristiwa keabu tahun 1999 yang bersangkutan aktif dalam mengupayak proses rekonsiliasi antara orang Oecussi yang mengungsi ke Timor Barat dengan orang Oecussi yang tetap tinggal di Oecussi.  Selain itu ia juga menjadi Ketua untuk Komisi Konstitusi di Distrik Oecussi.   

Born in Oecussi on 5 April 1969, he currently lives in Pante Makasar, Oecussi and is the traditional king (liurai) of the area.  In the Indonesian period he was a civil servant with the Indonesian government with responsibilities for Transmigration in Oecussi 1992-1999.  Since the events of 1999, he has been active in promoting reconciliation between Oecussi refugees in West Timor and the Oecussi community.  In addition, he was also head of the Constitutional Commission for Oecussi District.

b. Arnold Sunny

Lahir di Oecussi, 6 January 1973, saat ini ia berdomisili di Pante Makasar / Oecussi.  Ia adalah seorang pemuda yang pernah menjadi Kordinator Dewan Solidaritas Mahasiswa dan Pelajar Timor Timur di Oecussi pada tahun 1998 – 2002.  Selain itu ia juga pernah menjadi Kordinator Komisi perdamaian dan Stabilitas (KPPS) di Oeccuse tahun 1999.  Pada bulan Mei – Juni  2001 ia menjadi mediator dan moderator untuk proses rekonsiliasi antar masyarakat Oecussi di  perbatasan Oecussi.   Aktif sejak tahun 1980 – 1999.  Bukan hanya itu, ia juga pernah menjadi Kordinator FPEO untuk HAM, Demokrasi dan Rekonsiliasi antara orang Atoni di Oecussi pada tahun 1997 – 2002.  

Born in Oecussi on 6 January 1973,  he currently resides at Pante Makasar / Oecussi.  He is a young man who was previously the Coordinator of the East Timorese Student Solidarity Council in Oecussi from 1998 – 2002. In addition to that he was also the Coordinator of the Peace and Stability Commission (KPPS) in Oecussi in 1999.  From May – June 2001 he was a mediator and moderator for the intercommunity reconciliation process on the Oecussi border.   Not only that, he was also the Coordinator of the FPEO for Human Rights, Democracy and Reconciliation amongst Atoni people in Oecussi from 1997 – 2002.

c. Jose Antonio Ote

Lahir di Oesilo, Distrik Oecussi  tanggal 18 Januari 1948, Beliau pernah bekerja sebagai guru SD dan SMP dari tahun 1976 – 1987.  Kemudian ia menjabat sebagai wakil Ketua DPRD II Oecussi dari tahun 1987 – 1999.  Selain itu ia juga pernah menjadi Kordinator unit Informasi dan propaganda politik CNRM dan CNRT dari tahun 1982 – 1987.  Saat ini ia juga masih menjabat sebagai  Presiden PSD tingkat District Oecussi.

Born in Oesilo, in the Oecussi District on 18 January 1948, he worked as a Primary School and Junior High School teacher from 1976 – 1987.  He was then the Chairman of the Oecussi Regional People’s Representative Council, Level II from 1987 – 1999. In addition to that he was also the Coordinator of the Information and Political Propaganda unit of CNRM and CNRT from 1982 – 1987.  He is now the President of PSD at the Oecussi District level.
